THE MUNAY-KI PRACTITIONER - ONLINE TRAINING
The Munay-Ki are ten rites of initiation from the medicine way of the Andean Q'ero, the wisdom keepers of the high Andes of Peru, descendants of the Inka, who have carried these sacred transmissions across generations for thousands of years.
Munay means love in the Quechua language. Ki means energy. Together, the energy of love.
These rites are not taught. They are transmitted, planted directly into the luminous energy field of the one who receives them. And now, the lineage is asking you to carry them forward.
The Munay-Ki Practitioner Training — A 12-Week Online Journey
There is a difference between receiving the Munay-Ki Rites and being called to transmit them. If you are here, something in you already knows that difference. The calling to facilitate is not about status or title. It is about service. About being willing to hold the space for another's transformation with steadiness, care, and sacred intention.
Over twelve Tuesday evenings together, you will receive each rite multiple times, from Alrina directly, and in practice with fellow participants. You will become deeply familiar with the energetics, the teachings, and the lived experience of each transmission before you are ever asked to carry it forward yourself.
Distance is no barrier to transmission. The rites travel through intention, through the luminous field that connects us all. What grows through this journey, is this:
A deep embodied understanding of each of the ten Munay-Ki Rites, their cosmology, their energetics, their lived transmission
The confidence and sacred skill to transmit the rites to others with integrity and care
A connection to the living lineage of Earthkeepers, healers, and wisdom carriers who walk this path with you
The ability to hold ceremony, to create and sustain sacred space for another's threshold crossing
Membership in an unbroken line that stretches back through the high Andes and forward into the world we are helping to birth
The Munay-Ki prophecies speak of a new human appearing on the planet. A person of wisdom and power who lives free of fear, who abides in their transcendent nature, who accepts stewardship for all creation.
These rites are the codes for that human.

Twelve weeks in circle with fellow facilitators forms a bond that goes beyond friendship. This is your Ayllu, your sacred community, and it walks with you long after the training ends.

Weekly Gatherings and a Workbook
Video teachings, as well as a workbook, to guide you through each week, preparing you for the live Zoom sessions and supporting integration between gatherings.

Certification to Transmit the Rites
Upon completion, you will receive your Sacred Ember Munay-Ki Practitioners Certificate, certifying you to transmit the Munay-Ki Rites to others.
Make sure you have a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection. Weekly video content will be available between sessions to support your integration and practice.

The 10 Munay-Ki Rites
As a facilitator, you will receive, embody and learn to transmit all ten rites. Each one is a threshold. Each one a transmission you will come to know not just with your mind, but in the living fabric of who you are.
01: The Healer's Rite (Hampe Karpay)
This rite connects you to a lineage of luminous healers from the past who come to assist in your own healing and transformation.
02: The Bands of Power (Chumpi Karpay)
Five luminous belts woven into your energy field, acting as filters that transform heavy energies into light and provide essential protection.
03: The Harmony Rite (Ayni Karpay)
Seven archetypes of the Medicine Wheel, Serpent, Jaguar, Hummingbird, Eagle, as well as three archangels, are seeded into your chakras, beginning the work of alignment and integration.
04: The Seer's Rite (Kawak Karpay)
Pathways of light are installed connecting your visual cortex to your third eye and heart, awakening your capacity to perceive beyond the ordinary.
05: The Daykeeper's Rite (Pampa Mesayok Karpay)
This rite connects you to a lineage of masters who tended the ancient stone altars of healing found throughout the world.
06: The Wisdomkeeper's Rite (Alto Mesayok Karpay)
This rite connects you to a lineage of the high mountains, those who have preserved the ancient wisdom teachings through time.
07: The Earthkeeper's Rite (Kurak Akuyek Karpay)
This rite connects you to a lineage of those who steward the living Earth, the caretakers of all creation, past, present, and future.
08: The Starkeeper's Rite (Chumpi Karpay)
This rite anchors you in the time to come. Your physical body begins to evolve into that of Homo luminous, ageing, healing, and dying differently.
09: The Creator Rite (Taitanchis Rantis Karpay)
This rite awakens the creator light within you. The stewardship of all creation, from the smallest grain of sand to the largest galaxy, becomes yours to tend.
10: The Rite of the Womb (transmitted woman to woman)
A sacred transmission from a lineage of women who freed themselves from suffering, reminding us that we did not come to suffer, but to be powerful creators of life, love, and healing. This tenth rite is carried and transmitted by Alrina as a woman of this lineage.
As facilitator: women in this training will be authosed to carry and transmit this rite.

Alrina Laker, Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine and Lineage Carrier of the Munay-Ki Rites
I work at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern life, holding space for individuals and leaders who sense that something deeper is possible, and who are ready to stop searching outside themselves for what has always lived within.
Through the practice of Shamanic Energy Medicine, rooted in the Q'ero traditions of the Andes, I guide people through the kind of transformation that cannot be coached, strategised, or optimised. The work is simple in its purpose and profound in its impact, to help you release what no longer serves you, remember who you truly are, and step forward as the fullest, most sovereign expression of yourself.
This is the work of Sacred Ember. And it found me long before I found it.
The Path and the Lineage
The path led me to sacred landscapes that would shape me profoundly, to the mountains of Mount Shasta in California, and to the vast, ancient silence of the Karoo in South Africa. In both places, something in me recognized what I had been moving toward all along.
I trained with The Four Winds Society under the guidance of world-renowned anthropologist and shamanic teacher Dr Alberto Villoldo, completing my Masters in Shamanic Energy Medicine in the Q'ero tradition of the Andes. This lineage, ancient, rigorous, and transformative, is the root system of everything I offer.
I am also a Lineage Carrier of the Munay-Ki Rites, nine rites of initiation that transmit the energetic seeds of the new human being we are becoming. Carrying and transmitting these rites is among the most sacred privileges of my work.
My foundation includes training as a Master-level Reiki Practitioner, and my earliest calling, animal communication, remains woven into the cosmology and teaching of Sacred Ember. Our animal allies are sacred guides and teachers, and their wisdom is present throughout this work.
